Making Swifty Chat App / Swiftだけでチャットアプリをつくる

Anyone are interested in making really swifty chat app in Hackathon?
I want to resolve problems below in 6 hours as much as possible.

* Building Server Required
In general, we need building server, which is not Swift.
I believe it’ll be solved with Firebase and Realm, but I haven’t tried out.

* Existing Chat apps are flooded out
I often use a lot of chat apps, like Facebook, Twitter DM, Slack or LINE. Sometimes I forget where is taking this topic, so I need merged list. Some app have published web api, so I think it’ll be resolved

* Bothered Registering Stamps
Sometimes I want to register custom stamp in my chat. Slack is able to regist on “Customize Slack”, but we need to log in on slack website. It’s bothered me. So I want to register custom stamp in my chat app easily.

I want to resolve those problem with **only Swift**, soIf you are interested in my idea, please contact me until next Tuesday. If nobady are not, I’ll join in another team.

チャットアプリの作成に興味ある方いませんか？
6時間でどこまでできるかわかりませんが、以下の問題を解決したいと思っています。

* サーバーを立てる必要がある
FirebaseやRealmでチャットアプリを作ってみたというチュートリアルレベルのものは良く見るのですが、本当に解決できるのかどうか僕も確かめたことがありません。今回ハッカソンといういい機会なので、確かめてみたいと思っています。

* チャットアプリの乱立
LINE / Facebook / Slack / TwitterのDMなど、どこで何の会話が行われているかわからないので一覧性のあるものがほしいです。 投稿もできたらいいですね。Web APIを公開しているものについてはある程度可能ではないかと思っています。

* スタンプの登録がめんどくさい
既存のチャットアプリ、自分でスタンプの登録をするのがめんどくさいです。Slackは一応できますが、Webブラウザでログインする必要があるので、めんどくさいです。自分のチャットアプリから登録できればそれでいいのに。

これらの問題はSwiftだけで、しかもハッカソン中に解決できるのではないかと思っています。もし、このプロジェクトに興味があれば、2/28(火)までにご連絡ください。もしいなければ、他のチームのプロジェクトにジョインする予定です。

    Ravi,

    We plan to not use Server-side swift because we can get Json directly from Twitter, Facebook or Slack.
    But If you are interested in my project or great idea using server side swift, please join us.
